Helping Carolina Seniors Navigate Medicare with Confidence

Education first. Guidance always. No pressure. Whether you're turning 65, retiring, or simply have Medicare questions, we're here to help you find your way.

Meet Jon

I'm Jon Evans, the founder of Carolina Senior Project. I started this because too many seniors get talked into a plan that doesn't actually fit their life — and find out the hard way, usually at the worst possible time. I believe every senior deserves to make this decision from a place of understanding, not confusion, so I lead with education, not enrollment.

  • Education before enrollment
  • Honest, straightforward advice
  • Personal relationships, not case numbers
  • Local expertise across the Carolinas
  • No high-pressure sales, ever

Testimonials

My mom got sold a Medicare plan that was absolutely not a good fit for her. We found out after they admitted her to the hospital. I reached out to Jon and he helped me clear things up. Here's the thing, he wasn't even our agent. He will be soon! Please talk to Jon if you have any questions!

Common Medicare Questions

Do your services cost anything?

No. There is never a fee to meet with us or receive Medicare guidance. Our goal is to help you understand your options and choose coverage that fits your health needs, lifestyle, and budget.

When should I start planning for Medicare?

The best time is about three to six months before your 65th birthday or before you're planning to retire. Starting early helps you avoid unnecessary stress and gives you time to understand all of your options.

I'm still working. Do I need Medicare?

Maybe, but not always. It depends on factors like the size of your employer, the coverage you currently have, and your retirement plans. We'll help you determine the best path so you can avoid costly mistakes or penalties.

What if I'm already on Medicare?

That's perfectly fine. Medicare plans and your healthcare needs can change from year to year. We can review your current coverage to make sure it still fits your situation and let you know if better options are available.

Do you only help with Medicare?

Medicare is one of our specialties, but it's not the only way we help. We can also discuss prescription drug coverage, dental and vision options, life insurance, and other solutions that help protect your health and financial future.

Why should I work with Carolina Senior Project instead of calling a national 800 number?

Because you're not just another policy number. We believe in building long-term relationships, taking time to answer your questions, and being here long after enrollment is over. When you need help, you'll know exactly who to call and we'll be here to help.
